3-level townhouse feels spacious and has different zones for daily activities. The upper floor offers better views and privacy.
3-level townhouse living: Enter the townhouse through your private entrance and go upstairs to the main floor. Here you have a spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen with an island and a powder room for your guests.

Go downstairs to the basement to the den/office and go to the yard through the back door. Access your garage through the door in the hallway.

Most townhouse communities hire management companies to provide management services and common property maintenance. Townhouse owners pay monthly strata fees to cover the expenses.
