Townhouse Living

Townhouses have always been unique in the housing market and are welcomed by growing families. Families living in townhouses enjoy a feel of living in a house that offers different zones for living and daily activities.

1-level townhouse can be rancher or stacked-style townhouse. Rancher style townhouse features vaulted ceilings, spacious living and dining room and generous sized bedrooms that can accomodate house sized furniture. Stacked-style townhouse sits above or below other townhouses. It has a setting similar to condos where the living room, dining room, bedrooms and balcony or patio are on the same level.

2-level townhouse:

2-level townhouse has good layouts that maximizes the settings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and yard are on the lower level; bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level.

About management and strata fees

Most townhouse communities hire management companies to provide management services and common property maintenance. Townhouse owners pay monthly strata fees to cover the expenses.
